(3) When applying white cement slurry, it is necessary to ensure that the base layer is moist and timely maintain the coating. To accelerate the solidification of the coating, 1% to 2% anhydrous calcium chloride can be added to the cement slurry, or 7% of the cement mass can be added to improve the bonding strength of the cement slurry, and solve the problems of cement slurry powdering and washing off.
(4) The alkali saturated solution formed during the hardening process of white cement, after drying, precipitates white crystals such as calcium hydroxide and calcium carbonate (called white frost) on the water surface. Low temperature and humid and windless conditions can help prolong the appearance of white frost, affecting its whiteness and brightness.
